MUNCIE — A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found dead outside a home in Muncie Tuesday morning.
Muncie Police Department officers were called to the area of Centennial Avenue near Blaine Street around 6:30 a.m. for a report of a person down.
Arriving officers found a man suffering from unknown injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The man's identity has not been released.
The circumstances surrounding the man's death remain under investigation, but Muncie Police say they are considering it a homicide investigation.
