IMPD is actively investigating a shooting that killed two people on the southeast side Sunday morning.
Police say officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Barrington Avenue around 5:47 a.m. on a shots-fired call. At the scene, two victims were found. Both were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Initially, IMPD reported three victims, but has since confirmed there were only two victims at this time.
The investigation into this incident is underway.
