INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating after a person was shot and killed on the city's east side early Thursday morning.
The shooting happened just after midnight in the 6800 block of East 21st street, just west of a Budget Inn.
When officers responded to the scene, they found victim with a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased.
