INDIANAPOLIS — Police investigated a homicide Thursday morning after a person was found dead on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of a person down at 8:18 a.m. in the 1900 block of Houston Street, a news release said.
A male victim "with trauma" was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man has been identified as Turion Wilson Jr., 29, by the Marion County Coroner's Office.
IMPD has not provided information about what might have led to his death.
