IMPD looking for car involved in hit-and-run crash that killed motorcyclist

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for help in finding a car it believes was used in a hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist Saturday night.

According to a news release, IMPD hit-and-run detectives are looking for a white 2010-to-2014 Mitsubishi Lancer sedan that struck a motorcycle driven by Paul Barlow, 31, Indianapolis, just after 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of English Avenue and North Emerson Avenue.

Barlow died following the crash.

The Lancer was last seen driving westbound on English Avenue, and IMPD said it will have damage below the door on the driver's side.
