INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is looking for a man who is wanted for rape.
Joseph Norris was charged with rape on May 11, the same day a warrant was issued for his arrest, according to a news release from Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana.
