Missing Indianapolis woman found safe

UPDATE: A woman who had been missing since Friday was found and is safe. The original story is below.

INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police are looking for a woman who has not been seen since Friday.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department missing persons detectives are looking for Tyran Gaines, 39, who is described as a black female who is 5-feet-2-inches tall, weighs 154 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

IMPD said Gaines left her home in the 10100 block of Montery Road Friday to meet an unknown man she met online and she has not been seen or heard from since.
