INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was found dead with at least one gunshot wound on Indianapolis' west side Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were called to the home on W 29th Street near Rader Street after someone reported finding a man dead.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers arrived to find a man dead who had suffered at least one gunshot wound. He was identified as Clarence Smith, 33.
No other details have been released at this time.

The incident remains under investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
