INDIANAPOLIS — A man is dead following a shooting Sunday night on the east side of Indianapolis.
The shooting occurred just before 9 p.m. in the 7400 block of Marianne Avenue just south of East 21st Street near Interstates 70 and 465, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Medics transported 34-year-old Marshall Shute to an area hospital where he died.
