INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers are investigating after a person was found shot near Massachusetts Avenue and North College Avenue.
IMPD lieutenant Shane Foley said in an email the victim is in stable condition, and the incident may have occurred on or near the exit ramp of I-65 south to Ohio Street.
