CLARK CO., IN —A former Clark County probation officer is facing charges himself.
Investigators say Gerald Kopp had sex with two inmates he was overseeing. He is also accused of bringing the inmates contraband.
Kopp resigned from his position at the end of the year.
Currently, Kopp is being held in the Clark County Jail.
