INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis City-County Council's Public Safety Committee Wednesday approved an increase in funding for the city's police department.
The proposal now goes to the full council for a vote next Monday.
Wednesday's meeting was not without controversy, as you can see in the video above.
