INDIANAPOLIS — A curfew will be in effect in Marion County beginning at 8 p.m. Monday for the second night in a row following a weekend of violent downtown demonstrations.
The curfew will be in effect from 8 p.m. Monday to 4 a.m. Tuesday. The order contains an earlier end time than the original order due to the June 2 Election Day, with voting beginning at 6 a.m.

Anyone found in violation of the curfew could face up to 180 days in jail and fines up to $10,000.
