INDIANAPOLIS — A 25-year-old Indianapolis man was arrested and charged for the murder of a man last week on the east side.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrested Hasler Rousselin for allegedly shooting 22-year-old Daniel Gaiter on May 29.
People arriving to work at a business in the 400 block of S. Kitley Avenue called IMPD just before 8:30 a.m. last Wednesday for a report of a person down. Emergency crews found Gaiter suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to court documents, Rousselin and Gaiter were previously in a relationship and had an argument two days before Gaiter was killed.
