INDIANAPOLIS — A jury found an Indianapolis man guilty of murder Tuesday.
David Rojas, 50, was convicted of killing 35-year-old Jose Garcia-Lopez, who died of blunt force trauma to the head and multiple stab wounds. His body was found inside a dumpster at the Spanish Oaks Apartments near East 38th Street and North Mitthoeffer Road in February 2017.
Police said the murder was not random and that the two men knew each other.
Rojas will be sentenced May 1.
