INDIANAPOLIS — Homicide detectives are investigating a west side shooting that left a man and woman dead, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
IMPD officers responded to the 3600 Block of West Michigan Street around 1:15 a.m. on Friday after a 911 caller stated someone had been shot in the area.
Officers found a man and a woman, who were both pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are working the scene to determine what led up to the shooting.
The victims were not initially identified.
