INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating the scene of a shooting that killed a man on Indianapolis' north side Saturday night.
Police say that around 7:57 p.m., officers from the north district responded to the 3800 block of N Pennsylvania Street on the report of a person shot.
Officers at the scene found a man suffering from injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital by EMS in critical condition. Police say he was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving at the hospital.
