INDIANAPOLIS — A man is dead after being stabbed on the northeast side of Indianapolis Friday afternoon.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to the 8200 block of 42nd Street on a report of a person stabbed just after noon.
When officers arrived, they found a male victim with injuries consistent with a stab wound.
The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition, where they later died.
