INDIANAPOLIS — A man died Friday after being shot on the near west side of Indianapolis Thursday night.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 1000 block of North Tremont Street just before 8 p.m. on reports of a person shot.
Upon arrival, officers located 21-year-old Tavion Taylor suffering from a gunshot injury.
Taylor was transported to a local hospital in critical condition where he later died.
