INDIANAPOLIS — A man was killed in what police believe was a domestic stabbing on Indianapolis' early Wednesday morning.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to the scene at the Abbey Meadows Apartments on Shortridge Avenue just after 2 am.
When officers arrived they found a man suffering from apparent stab wounds. That man was rushed to the hospital where he later died. His identity has not been released.
A detective on the scene said they believe the stabbing was a domestic incident and they do not believe there is any threat to the public. Police have not made any arrests at this time.
