INDIANAPOLIS -- A mistrial was declared Tuesday in the murder case against three men accused of killing 70-year-old Joseph Klein last year.
Kameron Martin, 28, Corey Spurlock, 22, and Anthony Breazil, 27, were arrested in June 2016 and charged with robbery and murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Klein at his Allied Liquor Store on East 38th Street.

A trial against the three men began on Monday, but ended a day later due a problem with the court's audio system.
The mistrial means Spurlock and Martin will have to be retried at a later date. Breazil has agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, a level 3 felony.
A hearing was set for Nov. 22 to determine when Spurlock and Martin will be retried. Breazil will be sentenced at a separate hearing on Nov. 30.
