INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department detectives say one person has been arrested after one person was shot and killed on the city's northeast side late Tuesday night.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 4900 block of E. 56th Street. When they arrived, they found Damon McClain, 49, with gunshot wounds at a gas station. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
IMPD says an arrest in the case was made Wednesday morning.
