INDIANAPOLIS — One person was critically injured in a shooting on the west side of Indianapolis on Thursday.
According to a report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the 2000 block of Dexter Street around 5 p.m on report of shots fired.
When officers arrived, they found an individual who had been shot. The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, police said.
