INDIANAPOLIS — One person was shot and wounded during an apparent road rage incident near downtown Indianapolis on Monday.
According to a report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, it happened around 6 p.m. Monday.
Police said the confrontation started somewhere on the east side and ended on South East Street at Buchanan Street.
One person was shot and taken to an area hospital and is stable, police said. A person of interest is being questioned by investigators.
Police said multiple vehicles were involved in the incident.
