INDIANAPOLIS — One person was shot and is in serious condition after a shooting near Watkins Park in Indianapolis on Sunday.
According to a report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, which is near Watkins Park.
Police said the victim was taken to an area hospital in serious condition.
