INDIANAPOLIS — A person is in critical condition following a shooting Friday afternoon on the east side of Indianapolis.
The shooting occurred at North Sherman Drive and East Vermont Street, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. A private ambulance service was near the intersection of North Sherman Drive and East New York Street when they were flagged down to help the victim.
At this time, the identity of the victim or any possible suspects have not been released.
