INDIANAPOLIS — Officers with Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating after a man was shot and killed on the city's near northwest side Tuesday evening.
IMPD responded to a report of a person shot in the 1200 block of W. 32nd Street around 7 p.m. When officers arrived, they located a victim with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The man was later identified as Jonathan Johnson, 44.
