DECATUR COUNTY — Police in Decatur County are searching for a woman who escaped from a moving jail transport van Wednesday afternoon.
Indiana State Police say Erica Stidham wasgot out of the van on US 421 near County Road 300 South around noon.
Stidham is described as being 5 foot 3 inches tall and 113 pounds with dark brown hair. She may be wearing an orange jumpsuit or a white t-shirt.
If you see anyone matching her description do NOT pick up, call 911 immediately.
