Police: Three Indianapolis men invaded Westfield home at gunpoint

WESTFIELD, Ind. -- Westfield police arrested three men accused of forcing their way into a home at gunpoint Monday afternoon.

Hamilton County emergency dispatchers received a call shortly after 3:15 p.m. Monday about a home invasion robbery in the Countryside neighborhood, just east of 169th Street and Spring Mill Road.

The victim told police he opened his door to find three men, who immediately forced him back inside at gunpoint.

All three suspects were located by detectives a short time later and were taken into custody with assistance from the Fishers Police Department.

The suspects were identified as follows:

  • Dominique Lawayne Dunn, 24
  • Jordan Domonique Bright, 26
  • Lajon Idell Wilson Jr., 23

Police said all three men are from Indianapolis.

All three men face preliminary charges of robbery and pointing a firearm in connection with the case. Dunn also faces charges in a motor vehicle theft case out of Indianapolis, and Bright faces charges in the theft of a firearm out of Jennings County.
