IUPUI student reports fondling incident

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis sent a alert Tuesday night that a student reported non-consensual sexual touching to campus police.

In a crime notice sent to students, IUPUI said the suspect is accused of fondling the victim while the victim was trying to sleep during the overnight hours between Monday and Tuesday at the University Tower.

The IU Police Department at IUPUI knows the suspect's identity and an investigation is ongoing.
