INDIANAPOLIS — A teenage girl was shot and wounded late Monday at a northwest side Indianapolis apartment complex.

The incident, at 5760 Sebring Drive, was the second shooting in about one hour in Indianapolis Earlier, a person was shot and seriously wounded on the east side.

Police described the Sebring Drive victim as a 17-year-old girl. She was expected to survive.

It was not clear what led up to the shooting or whether police have an idea who the suspect is.
