INDIANAPOLIS -- Thieves crashed a minivan through the front of an east side Family Dollar early Monday morning before robbing the business, according to police.
The incident happened around 3:30 a.m. at the Family Dollar located at 8939 E. 38th Street.
According to an incident report, the van was backed through a glass window of the business.
Three male suspects then jumped out and stole a safe located by the window, before fleeing in an unknown direction.
An estimate of the damages and amount stolen was not immediately available.
