INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police are investigating after two people were critically wounded in what appear to be separate incidents Friday afternoon.
Both shooting victims were taken to IU-Methodist Hospital by friends or relatives. A public information officer for the police department described both as in critical condition.
One shooting scene was in the area of West 38th Street and North High School Road—a busy intersection on the city's west side.
Police were having a difficult time determining the location of the second shooting.
