INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police say a vehicle was stolen from an Indianapolis store with a young child inside and the suspect then dropped the child off at a nearby daycare.
Police say a black Dodge Avenger was stolen after it was left running in the parking lot of the Family Dollar at 5285 East 38th Street with a 4-year-old child inside.
The vehicle was last seen occupied by two males, according to police.
Police say the suspects dropped the young child off, unharmed, at a daycare not far away. No other details have been released at this time.
Police say they do not believe there is any immediate threat to the public.
