INDIANAPOLIS -- Cumberland Police will recommend charges be filed in the shooting death of a Cumberland 10-year-old, Call 6 Investigates has learned.
Anthony Harmon, Jr. was shot and killed around 4:00 p.m. last Friday at a home on Wickerwood Drive in Cumberland.

Police tell RTV6 that they believe this was not an accidental shooting, and that the prime suspect is a juvenile. Police wouldn’t say how old the suspect is or their relationship to the victim.
There were reportedly several juveniles but no adults in the home at the time of the shooting.
Police say this is a “very complicated” case.
