INDIANAPOLIS -- A Greenwood woman was killed in a crash on I-65 in downtown Indianapolis on Wednesday afternoon.

Indiana State Police said 51-year-old Alisa Wagner was found severely injured and unresponsive just before 3 p.m. on northbound I-65 near the I-70 split.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Investigators believe Wagner's 2004 Chrysler PT cruiser ran off the road, struck a concrete median wall then continued into the ditch where it rolled several times.

The crash remains under investigation by Indiana State Police and alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the crash.
