MORGAN COUNTY -- One person died after they were ejected from a car before it went into a pond in Morgan County.
The wreck was reported just after 8:00 a.m. Sunday along State Route 42 near Mooresville. Morgan County Sheriff's Captain Brent Worth says the car ran off the highway, flipped several times, and the driver was thrown out of the car before it came to rest in the pond.
The driver was identified as Tevin Bode, 22, of Monrovia. Worth says investigators don't know what caused Bode to drive off the highway.
