LEBANON, Ind. -- The dog who survived a fall off an I-65 overpass is out of surgery and preparing to start rehab.
Community Pet Healthcare says "Shelby" was set free near a busy bridge on I-65 near Lebanon on Monday.
While cars avoided her, Shelby got spooked and fell over the ledge, slamming hard into the ground.

Shelby was sent to a specialist on New Year's Eve to have her fractured elbow pieced back together.
The operation was a success and she will now have to wear a special splint.
Vets say her recovery could take up to three months.
