HANCOCK COUNTY, Ind. -- The driver in a fatal church bus crash was found guilty Tuesday of reckless homicide.
Charles Goodman, 53, was driving a bus from St. Jude Deliverance Family Worship Church in Gary in July 2015 when he fell asleep at the wheel. The bus went off the road in Hancock County, striking a tree and rolling over.

The crash threw Goodman and 6-year-old Jacob Williams from the vehicle. Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
Toxicology results showed Goodman had traces of cocaine in his system at the time of the crash.
A sentencing hearing for Goodman was scheduled for July 20. He faces 2-12 years in prison.
