SPENCER, Ind. – An elderly couple from Spencer died just one day apart last week.
David Freeman died at the age of 94 on May 12, less than 24 hours after his wife, Martha, died May 11. David and Martha married on April 27, 1942.
The family of the couple held a joint memorial service Monday at West Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home.
David was a Baptist minister and had served five churches across Indiana and Illinois. He was also a member of Freedom Baptist Church.
