INDIANAPOLIS – An Indianapolis-based business has changed the way employers screen new talent by conducting interviews through text message.

Aman Brar, CEO of Canvas, said the interviewer can use a set of pre-set questions during the interview and keep track of the conversation to pass along.

Employers said while the text message interviews are helpful, traditional face-to-face interviews could come later in the process.
