INDIANAPOLIS -- Marion County prosecutors dropped charges Monday against a man accused in a 2014 triple murder.

Deandre Kendrick, 25, was charged in December 2014 with the murders of Martha Zuluaga, James Czjkowski and Stephen Harold on March 30 of that year.

The three victims were found fatally shot on the 9500 block of Shoreland Court on the far-east side.

Police charged Kendrick and another man, Keith Clark, with three counts of murder.

On Monday, the Marion County Prosecutor's Office announced it had dropped all three charges against Kendrick due to problems with evidence in the case. It wasn't specified what those problems were.

The case against Clark will proceed, according to prosecutors.

Kendrick was sentenced earlier this year to 60 years in prison, with 15 suspended, in connection with the April 2014 killing of Ronald Howard and the attempted murder of Jermaine Sisk.
