BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A Bloomington man was arrested Saturday on charges stemming from his young son allegedly pointing a gun at maintenance workers.
Jason M. Luman, 42, was arrested on a charge of neglect of a dependent after his 1-year-old son reportedly pointed a handgun at a worker at a Bloomington apartment complex on the 1000 block of South Basswood Circle.
It was later discovered the handgun was unloaded.
It wasn't immediately clear how the toddler gained access to the gun.
