SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. -- A Sullivan county father-and-son duo were arrested Thursday on charges of battery stemming from a brawl at a Hymera Town Council meeting.
Darrick R. Cullison, 41, and his son Destin R. Cullison, 20, each face a misdemeanor charge of battery with bodily injury.

The fight erupted between former Hymera town marshal Darrick Cullison and the man voted in by the council to replace him, 69-year-old Daryl McCullough.
Bail for both men was set at $4,000.
