FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Ind. – While most schools are re-opening after being closed for just a summer, there's one that's re-opening after being closed for 5 years.
Acton Elementary School was closed 5 years ago to save money, but since then, there’s been a shift: Enrollment has climbed 13% since then.
But re-opening the building to accommodate all those students came with a lot of complications!
