INDIANAPOLIS — Five Indianapolis Fire Department locations will accept people's unused prescription drugs Saturday as part of National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Officers will staff the take back event at the fire stations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Stations that will participate include: Station 1 (1903 W. 10th St.), Station 2 (4120 Mitthoeffer Road), Station 4 (8404 N. Ditch Road.), Station 23 (1108 E. Thompson Road) and Station 27 (2918 E. 10th St.). The Drug Enforcement Administration will staff additional locations throughout the area.
