INDIANAPOLIS-- Severe storms rolled across central Indiana Wednesday afternoon causing streets to flood and leaving thousands without power.
At the height of the storm, IPL reported that 27,000 customers had no power.

As of noon Thursday, there were less than 10,000 IPL customers without power.
