Jared Fogle has been moved to a federal prison in Colorado.
The Colorado prison he is currently staying is the one he requested.
He was previously in a federal prison in Oklahoma City. Before that, he was held in a county jail in Kentucky.
That jail was under contract with the U.S. Marshal’s Office.

While Fogle spends time in prison, his sentence of more than 15 years is under appeal with the Seventh Circuit Court in Chicago.
