FRANKLIN, Ind. -- Franklin police were looking for a vandal, or vandals, this week after multiple buildings and fences were tagged with graffiti across the city.
At least two dozen tags were found in the area north of downtown, including on Dave Miller's garage.
"The first time it was a big, clown-like type thing," Miller said. "The second time was about a week ago."
The Franklin Street Department was working Tuesday to remove graffiti on a monument on Main Street
Police said they were following up on leads, but without an arrest, the community was left to wait and clean up the mess.
