FRANKLIN, Ind. -- A Franklin man accused in a January hit-and-run that injured three people has been arrested and charged with three felony counts.
Will Slinger, 29, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing serious bodily injury.

Slinger was arrested in April after a tip led police to his SUV.
He was convicted in a 2005 DUI crash that killed a Franklin woman.
While out on bond, he was arrested for another DUI crash.
Police say drugs or alcohol are not factors in January's crash.
